• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of RNs and facility leadership

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols

• Monitor resident health, observe changes, and report to appropriate staff

• Document care accurately in accordance with facility guidelines

• Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) as needed

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident care

• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff

• Participate in care planning, shift reports, and staff meetings

• Maintain compliance with all facility policies and state regulations

• Uphold a professional and compassionate approach to resident care

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing setting

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and assist residents with mobility

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus

• CPR certification preferred
